Ryijy: creating connections comes to Stoa gallery this summer! This installation creates a space of togetherness through words, images, and weaving. During their open art workshop for Helsinki Päivä, Arlene Tucker and Daniel Malpica welcome you to share your hopes, dreams, and fears, as well as, read the thoughts of others. Through drawing and creative writing, in this workshop, you will be able to tie your secret with another and shape the space with your contribution. This workshop activates multiple ways of communication, allowing ideas to be connected and to be expanded.  Exploration is encouraged and your presence is valuable. Become a part of the process!
